Purchase Agreement

Your purchase gives you access to the content in these guides for as long as this website remains on the internet. If we're unable to continue hosting this website for any reason, we'll compile all of our content in a downloadable format and send the link to our members.

Refund Policy

If you're dissatisfied with your content for any reason, you can request a refund from us anytime within 30 days of your purchase date. We'll refund your payment in full (including any taxes & fees), and deactivate your member account.

To request a refund, just send an email to support@reliance.school and we'll get you sorted out.

Sharing Content

You're welcome to share your login credentials with anyone in your household (spouse, children, roommates, pets). If you'd like a separate account for another member of your household, send us an email with their info and we'll add them as a member.

You do not have permission to share paid content with people outside your household. We've poured a ton of time, money, and effort into creating these resources, and these memberships are what make that investment sustainable.

By completing your purchase, you're agreeing not to reproduce or redistribute the content of these guides. That includes posting our written content on websites or forums (whether copied directly or modified/summarized), downloading and sharing videos hosted on our website, or creating derivative works without our permission.

Community Access

We reserve the right to revoke your access to our online community for any reason. In practice, this would only happen if you're harassing our members or posting a bunch of spam. Please don't do that!
